    The existing building comprised two blocks of garages within a residential area of Surbiton, Surrey. The site lies to the west of Cranes Park, to the rear of Marlow House. Marlow House is a three-storey building built in the mid-1960s.

    The project comprises of construction of a new 4 bed residential property. Following tree removal and tree surgery. Removal of Japanese knotweed and demolition of 4 garages.
