10 Gayfere Street is listed on the National Heritage List for England (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas), for its special architectural and historic interest.
Located in the City of Westminster, was first built in 1974.
The proposal comprised the renewal of the entire interior building as part of a re-conversion back to residential use.
The internal works included the demolition of some existing walls and construction of new partitions, new below-ground drainage, new steel frame elements, new timber floors throughout, new roof areas, new windows and doors, new kitchen and bathroom, general decorations, carpentry and joinery works, external landscaping.
