The project’s objective was to replace redundant buildings on the premises with a residential complex, featuring sophisticated architecture that harmonizes with the surrounding environment.

The strategy prioritized the preservation and integration of most of the existing street trees, essential elements that enrich the site’s landscape.

The scheme includes 22 residential homes distributed over 2.5 stories, consisting of 4 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units. These residences offer access to a blend of public and private recreational areas.
