The proposal involved the redevelopment of the Building which was refurbished to incorporate a lock up public house, ground floor and basement levels.
The two existing upper floors were refurbished for continued residential use. The existing rear areas and outbuildings of the pub were demolished and replaced with a new modern extension providing residential accommodation over three storeys plus a setback roof storey. Terraces and a communal rear garden to provide amenity space for residents. The development includes 8 residential units arranged as studio, 1bed and 2bed apartments each with their own balcony or terrace.
