Copperbox

An elegant corner building with a unique architectural form that directly evolved its context. A mixed-use new build development with ground floor and lower ground floor dedicated to A3 use, and the upper floors, for eight contemporary and private residential flats.

The proposal is seen as an urban link that improves and repairs the terraces relationships to the both sides of the building. To smooth the massing and bulk, the roof line gradually steps up and is broken into roof terraces at different levels.

Wrapped in bronze cladding, to be, durable, unique, stand out, and enhance the sculptural expressivity of the proposed ‘single volume’ building.
